风力发电机组塔筒随机振动疲劳分析方法研究

摘    要:文章采用ANSYS对风力发电机组塔筒进行随机振动分析,通过分析塔筒振动响应结果,得到塔筒共振频率并验证其安全性。利用振动分析结果,采用Steinberg提出的基于高斯分布和Palmgrem-Miner理论的三区间法进行塔筒振动疲劳分析,找出疲劳损伤危险区域,并为塔筒设计提供建议。

Research of Random Vibration Fatigue Analysis for Wind Turbine Tower

Abstract:The random vibration of the wind turbine tower is analyzed by the software ANSYS.The resonance frequency is calculated through the analysis of the vibration response of the tower,and the safety is checked up.The vibration fatigue strength of tower is analyzed by using the result of random vibration,according to Steinberg's theory based on Gaussian distribution and three-interval method of Palmgrem-Miner linear cumulative damage law.The dangerous part with high fatigue damage is located and the advice for design of the tower is provided.
