摘    要:对现有车辆车型的平顺性评价分析可为新车型的性能改进提供有效信息。依据国家平顺性的试验标准,以某SUV两款车型为例,在不同车速工况下完成了随机输入行驶试验,直接获得各测量点时域下的振动加速度值,应用Matlab计算频域下的振动加速度功率谱密度,采用加速度均方根值和加权振级相结合的综合评价法对车辆在多工况下的单轴向、总加权和综合加权加速度均方根值进行对比分析。试验结果表明,车速对平顺性有直接影响,且随着车速的增加,驾乘舒适感降低。此外,车辆行驶造成的零部件磨损和老化也会明显降低车辆的平顺性能。

Abstract:The evaluation and analysis of Ride Comfort of existing vehicle models can provide effective information to improve new vehicle models’performance.The experiments are conducted in accordance with the national ride comfort test standards.Taking two certain models of SUV as examples and completing the random input driving tests under different speed conditions.And obtaining the vibration acceleration values in the time domain of each measurement point directly.Calculating the power spectral density of vibration acceleration in the frequency domain with Matlab and combining the rms acceleration value and the weighted vibration level to compare and analyze the uniaxial、total weighted、and comprehensive weighted acceleration rms values under multiple operating conditions.The test results show that vehicle speed has a direct influence on ride comfort,and the driving comfort decreases with increasing vehicle speed.In addition,vehicle driving frequency will cause wear and tear of parts and components of the vehicle,which reduces the vehicle ride comfort significantly.
