摘    要:为探究滤袋长度、喷吹距离、喷吹压力和滤袋材质对化工除尘设备中喷吹清灰性能的影响,采用计算流体力学法对此过程进行压差分布分析。结果表明:随着喷吹压力增加滤袋内外压差随之增加,并且喷吹压力对峰值压差的影响很大,喷吹压力从0.3MPa变化为0.5MPa,峰值压差变化幅度达到600Pa;喷吹距离也是影响喷吹清灰的重要参数,喷吹距离从100mm增加至300mm,峰值压差随之从2000Pa减少至1500Pa,同时峰值压差出现的位置上移,正压区间范围增加了200mm,虽然降低了清灰强度,但是增大了实际工作区域;滤袋长度的增加会造成峰值压差的降低,并且降低的幅度逐渐减少,当长度达到4m后,峰值压差已趋于不变;滤料的变化也会对峰值压差产生影响,同时还会影响压差在轴向距离上的变化趋势。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of filter bag length,injection pressure and filter bag material on the pulse-jet cleaning performance,the pressure difference distribution in the process was analyzed by computational fluid dynamics method.The simulation results show that the pressure drop of the filter bag increases with the injection pressure,and the injection pressure has a great influence on the pressure drop.The injection pressure changes from 0.3 MPa to 0.5 MPa,and the pressure drop adds 600 Pa;Blowing distance is also an important parameter affecting the blow cleaning,the blowing distance increased from 100 mm to 300 mm,the pressure drop was reduced from 2000 Pa to 1500 Pa,and the position of the peak pressure drop moved up.Although the cleaning intensity is reduced,the actual working area is increased;the increase in the length of the filter bag will cause a decrease in the peak differential pressure,and the decrease will gradually decrease.When the length reaches 4 m,the peak pressure drop will tend to remain unchanged.The change of filter material will also affect the peak pressure drop,and it will also affect the different change trend of the pressure drop in the axial distance.
