摘    要:采用人造岩心模拟垢层,利用电化学测试及腐蚀形貌分析,研究了不同渗透率垢层覆盖下Q235钢在模拟生产水中的垢下腐蚀行为。结果表明:覆盖在Q235钢表面的垢层对基体的腐蚀反应有抑制作用,且垢层的渗透率越小,其抑制作用越强,随着腐蚀时间的延长,垢层对腐蚀反应的抑制作用先增大后减小;垢层覆盖下,Q235钢的均匀腐蚀减缓,但局部腐蚀发生的概率大大增加。

Abstract:An artificial core was used to simulate the scale layer,and electrochemical corrosion and corrosion morphology analysis techniques were used to study the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel covered with scale layers of different permeability in simulated production water.The results showed that the scale layer covering on the surface of Q235 steel could inhibit the corrosion reaction of the substrate,and the smaller the scale layer′s permeability,the stronger the inhibition effect.With the extension of the corrosion time,the inhibition effect of the scale layer on the corrosion reaction increased first and then decreased.The uniform corrosion of Q235 steel was slowed down under the scale layer,but the probability of localized corrosion increased greatly.
