纯电动客车冷却系统的能耗优化

摘    要:针对电动客车冷却系统的能耗优化问题,分析了冷却系统各个部件的工作原理,并利用AMESim搭建了纯电动客车冷却系统的仿真模型,仿真分析了水泵与风扇在不同占空比组合工作下和风扇以不同开启温度工作对冷却系统能耗的影响。分析结果显示水泵与风扇参数在处于某一区间时,冷却系统散热性能最优与能耗最低。为进一步验证该参数,根据初步的仿真结果,仿照实车建立了冷却系统台架,通过冷却系统台架再次对风扇与水泵不同占空比、风扇在不同门限值下的能耗情况进行试验分析。最终获得了风扇和水泵的最优工作参数。最后对该最优工作点进行了实车试验,结果表明在该最优工作参数下,纯电动客车冷却系统在获得较好的散热性能前提下具有较低的能耗。

Abstract:Aiming at the energy optimization problem of the electric bus cooling system,the working principle of each component of the cooling system is analyzed,and the simulation model of the pure electric bus cooling system is built by AMESim.The energy consumption of cooling system is simulated and analyzed when the pump and fan work in different duty ratio and the fan work at different opening temperature.The analysis results show that the cooling system has the best heat dissipation performance and the lowest energy consumption when the pump and fan parameters are in a certain interval.In order to further verify the parameters,according to the preliminary simulation results,the cooling system gantry was built according to the actual vehicle,and the energy consumption of the fan and the pump with different duty ratios and fans under different thresholds was tested again through the cooling system gantry analysis.The optimal operating parameters of the fan and pump are finally obtained.Finally,the real vehicle test is carried out on the optimal working point.The results show that under the optimal operating parameters,the pure electric bus cooling system has lower energy consumption under the premise of obtaining better heat dissipation performance.
