摘    要:介绍了异丙苯氧化制取苯酚丙酮工艺中控制丙酮产品中醛含量的解决方案.通过分别调整精馏段和提馏段回流比,优化控制方案等方法,可以使丙酮产品醛含量降至50μg/g以下,实现了产品质量提升和节能降耗.

Abstract:The solution to control aldehyde content in acetone produced from cumene oxidation process in phenol/acetone plant is mainly introduced,where aldehyde content is able to decrease to below 50μg/g by means like respectively adjusting reflux ratios at rectifying section and stripping section and optimizing control measures,which improves product quality and reduces energy consumption as well.
