Research on Optimization of Civil Aircraft Maintenance Interval Considering Reliability and Availability

In view of the optimization of the maintenance interval of civil aircraft,the method of determining maintenance interval based on reliability analysis and availability analysis was studied.The improved maximum likelihood estimation method was proposed to identify the distribution parameter estimation of civil aircraft components whose life data meets the three-parameter Weibull distribution.The preventive maintenance interval optimization model was established which with reliability threshold as a constraint and the maximum availability as the goal.And the optimal maintenance interval was determined by genetic algorithm.Finally,Through the example analysis that the optimal maintenance interval of components under different maintenance levels was discussed.The result shows that the optimization model can better formulate the optimal maintenance interval that meets the requirements,which provides a theoretical basis for civil aviation enterprises to make reasonable maintenance plans.
