微乳液聚合物FRSP-1水溶液的流变特性研究

摘    要:为了改善现场微乳液增稠剂抗温性和稳定差等缺陷,采用水分散聚合法合成了一种新型微乳液聚合物FRSP-1,对产物结构进行了红外表征,采用扫描电镜对FRSP-1水溶液内部结构进行了分析,同时测试了FRSP-1溶液的特性。实验结果表明:2%FRSP-1溶液在170 s-1下、温度由30℃升至150℃时,黏度保持在30 mPa·s以上,在90℃下连续剪切80 min后,FRSP-1溶液黏度大于40 mPa·s,且具有较好的悬砂性、触变性和剪切变稀特性,FRSP-1溶液破胶液性能也能满足压裂液的性能指标要求。

Abstract:In order to enable the microemulsion polymer to be used as a thickener for sand fracturing,a microemulsion polymer FRSP-1 was synthesized by dispersion polymerization.The structure of the synthesized product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscope was used.Analyze the internal structure of the substance and test the properties of the polymer solution.The results show that the polymer FRSP-1 has the advantages of good fluidity,high solid content,stability,easy dispersion in water and fast thickening rate.FRSP-1 solution has good temperature resistance and shear resistance.When the temperature of 2%FRSP-1 solution is 170 s-1 and the temperature rises from 30℃to 150℃,the viscosity remains above 30 mPa·s and continues at 90℃After shearing for 80 min,the viscosity of 2%FRSP-1 solution is greater than 40 mPa·s;FRSP-1 solution has excellent shear recovery,when the shear rate increases from 0 s-1 to 500 s-1 and then decreases from 500 s-1 at 0 s-1,the viscosity recovery rate of the solution is above 98%;the performance of the gel breaker meets the standard requirements.
