喷墨打印防滑陶瓷墨水的研制

摘    要:本文采用釉用原料及纳米材料制备防滑陶瓷墨水,研究墨水中固相成分对釉面性能和颜色墨水发色的影响。确定n(SiO2)/n (Al2O3)为2.21时的D墨水,喷墨量26~78g/m^2时,可制备光泽度8度以内、釉面细腻且防滑系数>55的低风险防滑产品,同时省去传统施保护釉的工艺,提高产品生产的数字化程度;也确定BaO可改善低光防滑墨水的手感,但不利于防滑性能的提高;简单阐述了防滑墨水的原理。

Abstract:The article prepare anti-slip ceramic inks using glaze raw materials and nano materials, the effects of solid-phase components in the ink on the properties of glaze and the color performance of the ink are studied. It is confirmed that the D ink with n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)of 2.21 can produce low-risk anti-slip products with gloss of 8 or less, fine glazed surface, and friction coefficient > 55 when the inkjet volume is 26~78 g/m^2,at the same time, the traditional process of applying protective glaze is omitted to improve the digitalization of production process. It is also confirmed that Ba O can improve the feel of low-light anti-slip ink, but it can not to improve the anti-slip performance. The principle of anti-slip ink is explained briefly.
