摘    要:由于旋挖钻机主卷扬结构具有较大的重力势能,因此为了减少发动机的燃油消耗量将釆用二次元件泵和蓄能器引入到势能回收系统中,设计了一套主卷扬势能回收液压系统以及整套系统的逻辑门限能量控制策略并对其上升和下放作业过程的动力学性能进行了仿真研究,并评估了新系统的节油效果.仿真结果表明:平衡阀的节流孔径越小,出口压力波动越大;弹簧...

Abstract:Since the main hoisting structure of the rotary drilling rig has a large potential energy of gravity,in order to reduce the fuel consumption of the engine,a secondary pump and an accumulator are used in the potential energy recovery system.A set of main hoisting potential energy recovery hydraulic system and the logic threshold energy control strategy of the entire system were designed,and the dynamic performance of its ascent and lower operations were simulated,and the fuel efficiency of the new system was evaluated.The simulation results show that the smaller the orifice diameter of the balance valve,the greater the fluctuation of the outlet pressure;the spring stiffness has a small effect on the dynamic performance of the valve core.It is found that there is a large fluctuation under the three spring stiffness at the outlet pressure.The accumulator can play the functions of recovering potential energy and releasing it as required.The potential energy recovery efficiency exceeds 50%.Compared with the traditional system,the fuel economy is improved by 35.4%,and it has better fuel-saving ability.The research results have very important practical significance for the energy saving and emission reduction of rotary drilling rigs.
