基于乘客行为研究思想的地铁站防疫设施设计研究

针对乘客乘坐地铁过程中对公共卫生情况的认知不足,对个人安全防护的措施有限,而地铁站点内也缺乏便捷有效的公共卫生服务设施的问题,研究组成员从"人——机——环境"系统观的角度分析乘客行为,梳理体验触点,通过一系列设计实践探索地铁站防疫公共设施设计创新的可能性和有效性,旨在提升地铁站点安全性、便利性、舒适性的基础上加强公共设施应对疫情的防御控制机能,并对全民防疫思维下城市公共设施设计的系统创新提供参考。

Research on the Design of Metro Station Epidemic Prevention Facilities Based on Passenger Behavior Research Ideas

In view of the insufficient awareness of passengers on public health during the subway ride, the measures for personal safety protection are limited, and the lack of convenient and effective public health service facilities in subway stations,The members of the research group analyzed passenger behavior from the perspective of the "human-machine-environment" system view, combed the experience touch points, and explored the possibility and effectiveness of the design innovation of subway station epidemic prevention public facilities through a series of design practices, aimed at improving the safety of subway stations On the basis of sex, convenience and comfort, strengthen the defense control function of public facilities against epidemic situations, and provide a reference for the system innovation of urban public facility design under the national epidemic prevention thinking.
