应用CAN直流驱动自卸车电传动控制系统设计

直流驱动系统的传递效率高且成本低被广泛应用于各类重载运输式自卸车辆。根据直流驱动系统的能量传递路径和结构特点,采用双控制器与显示器相结合的方法对电传动控制系统进行设计。基于整车体量大、控制单元多的特点,采用CAN总线通信设计将各单元实现分布式结构设计。基于控制系统的功能,对各部分控制原理进行分析,并对串励直流电动机的启动、调速、制动等功能控制进行设计。基于分析结果,搭建系统主、从控制单元电路,并分别采用试验模拟控制系统的准确性与可靠性。分析结果可知,系统的控制结构简单高效,信号通信流畅;主回路控制模型工作正常,达到了预期的设计效果;保护和检测电路能让系统更加安全的工作;为此类车辆设计生产提供参考。

Design of Electric Drive Control System for DC Electric Drive Dump Truck Based on CAN Bus

The DC drive system has high transmission efficiency and low cost and is widely used in various types of heavy-duty transport type dump trucks.According to the energy transfer path and structural characteristics of the DC drive system,design of electric drive control system by combining dual controllers and display.Based on the characteristics of large vehicle volume and many control units,the CAN bus communication design was adopted to realize the distributed structure design of each unit.Based on the functions of the control system,the control principles of each part were analyzed.In addition,the function control of start-up,speed regulation and braking of the series excitation DC motor were designed.Based on the analysis results,the system master and slave control unit circuits were set up.And simulate the accuracy and reliability of the control system by using separate tests.The analysis results show that the control structure of the system is simple and efficient,and the signal communication is smooth.The control model of the main circuit works well and achieves the expected design effect.The protection and detection circuit can make the system safer.Provide reference for the design and production of such vehicles.
