摘    要:作为一种新的设计,CAP1400堆内测量格架组件的流致振动需要进行试验验证。研究过程中,分析了堆内测量格架组件的振动特性,通过湍流随机振动分析发现堆测导管响应最大,在此基础上分析各阶模态对堆内测量格架组件流致振动的贡献,提取出其主要模态,作为试验件模型优化的依据。随后共提出了四种简化模型,通过对比简化模型和实际结构的模态频率和振动响应,确认了简化模型的合理性;综合考虑经济型和准确性,选择了一种最优的简化模型,为CAP1400堆内测量格架组件流致振动试验件的设计提供支持。

Abstract:As a new design,the flow induced vibration(FIV)level of CAP1400 instrumentation grid assembly(IGA)needs to be verified by experiment.This article investigated the dynamic properties of instrumentation grid assembly.A random vibration analysis was performed,which revealed that the maximum stress intensity appeared in in-core instrumentation tube assembly(IITA)tube.The contribution of each mode to the FIV response of IGA components was studied,and several signifi-cant modes were extracted as the guidance of experimental model design.Four types of experimental model were proposed,whose validity had been confirmed by comparing the mode frequencies and turbulence-induced vibrations between actual structure and experimental models.Model#2 was recommended as the best choice after considering the costs and benefits together as a whole.
