摘    要:通过对微球聚焦测井仪推靠系统主传动机构的运动学、动力学和行程传动角分析。按照实际工况要求,建立了以工作行程内推靠系统主传动机构传动角与期望传动角均方根波动最小为目标的多变量优化设计数学模型。并通过实例计算,对比分析优化前后测井仪推靠系统主传动机构工作行程内传动角的曲线,结果证明,优化效果显著,优化结果改善了推靠系统主传动机构工作行程内的传动角,进一步改善了推靠系统的传动性能以及推靠系统的运动平稳性,以及推极板在机构运动到位但推靠力不足的问题,为测井结果的有效性提供了保障。

Abstract:The kinematics,dynamics and stroke transmission angle of the main drive mechanism of the push system of the microsphere focusing logging tool are analyzed.According to the requirements of actual working conditions,a multivariable optimal design mathematical model is established with the aim of minimizing the root-mean-square fluctuation between the main driving angle and the expected transmission angle of the main driving mechanism in the working travel internal push system.Through the example calculation,the curve of the driving angle in the main driving mechanism of the logger before and after the optimization is compared and analyzed.The results show that the optimization effect is remarkable.The optimization results improve the driving angle in the working stroke of the main driving mechanism of the pushback system,and further improve the transmission performance of the pushing system and the stability of the motion of the push system.The effectiveness of logging results is guaranteed by the problem that the plate moves in place but the pushing force is insufficient.
