| 摘 要： | 大专教育的办学困境源于以理论教育为主的传统的固定的教育思维及套路。“浓缩本科”是其主要的办学模式。封闭僵化的教育体制所培养的学生距离现代社会对人才的要求越来越远。开办新专业关键需要建立“教育市场观念”和有效的教学模式。按照这种思路构想了证券投资专业的PSA教学模式。

| Abstract: | The difficult situation of running a college orginates from traditional and regular education thought and ways mainly composed of theoretical education.Concentrating undergraduate course is the main model of running the college.Students cultivated under the closed and ossified educational system are far away from what the modem society requires of professionals.The key to offering a new major lies in setting up idea of educational market and carrying out effective leaching model.PSA teaching model of securities investment major is imagined on the basis of this thought. |
