摘    要:介绍了黑龙江省东部电网区域稳定控制系统二期工程在装置的硬件规划和设计方面的新特点。二期工程的新增控制子站采用三机系统结构实现稳控装置的双机热备,对下位机的多个组成模块进行了大幅度地改进,重新设计的开关量输出板实现了上电后自行瞬时初始化、电源掉电瞬间闭锁输出,在线检测等功能,GPS接口板通过软件方式实现实用化的守时钟,降低对单个PPS秒脉冲的依赖性,A/D板采用循环冗余校验法保证坏数据被可靠滤除,这些措施显著提高了稳控装置运行的可靠性,极大地降低了装置误动的机率。

Abstract:The novel features on hardware layout and design of second-stage stability control system for the east part of Heilongjiang power system is described. The three-computer configuration is applied in the newly built control substations for the second-stage project to realize the dual-computer hot stand-by of the stabilizing devices and the many constituent modules of the lower computers are considerably improved. The redesigned output module possesses following functions, such as the on-line detection of the digital output status of the module, the automatic and instant initialization of the module as soon as its power source is switched on and instant lock out of the module as soon as its power source is switched off. Through the software the practical watching clock for interface module of GPS is implemented and the dependence on the PPS pulse is reduced. Applying the virtue CRC in A/D converter the bad data can be trustily filtrated. With the above mentioned measures the reliability of the operation of stabilizing devices is outstandingly improved and the probability of device mal-operation is significantly reduced.
