CdSe纳米线的水热合成及表征

摘    要:用CdCl2·2.5H2O作为Cd源,合成的硒代硫酸钠作为硒源,EDTA为配位剂在水溶液中于120℃下反应12h,制得了CdSe纳米线。产物用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱进行表征。结果表明,此法合成了结晶性良好的六方相的CdSe纳米线,并探讨了可能的生长机理。

Abstract:CdSe nanowires are synthesized hydrothermally at 120℃ with CdCl2 · 2.5H2O used as cadmium source,sodium selenosuftate( Na2SeSO3 )used as selenium source, and EDTA used as eomplexing agent. The products are investigated by X - ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that hexagonal CdSe nanowires are synthesized, And the possible growth mechanism is discussed.
