摘    要:论述了波波包分解及其能量谱处理发动机连杆轴承故障的原理与方法,结合传统断火诊断法的思想,应用小波包能量谱直观地识别出故障的特征频带,并进行量化分析,结果证明了这种方法比传统的付立叶分析方法具有更大的优越性及现实的应用价值。

Abstract:The theory and method of wavelet packet decomposition and its energy spectrum dealing with the fault of the connecting rod and its relative bearing of engine are presented in the paper. With the idea of traditional method of cutting off fire diagnosis, the characteristic frequency band of the fault could be identified by wavelet packet decomposition and its energy spectrum conveniently, at the same time, quantification analysis were performed. The result demonstrates that this method is more advantageous and of practical value than traditional Fourier analysis method.
