矿渣微粉颗粒分布及其活性系数的灰色关联分析

摘    要:以灰色关联分析方法测定并研究了矿渣微粉的颗粒分布及其对活性指数的影响,研究表明:矿渣粉体中9.9~20.0μm颗粒的体积分数与其活性的关联度最大;当同种矿渣微粉细度相近时,按Rosin-Rammler分布回归,则窄分布相对宽分布而言,对矿渣微粉早期(7d)活性发挥不利。

Abstract:The particle size distributions of slag powder were investigated by using Quantimet 600 Image Analysis. The lnfluence of particle size distributions on the activity coefficient of slag powder was also studied by the method of grey connection analysis. The results indicated that the volume fraction of 9.9~20.0μm particles has a maximum effect on its activity coefficient. If there are two slag powder samples from the same source which have similar specific surface area, the sample with narrower distribution has lower early activity (7d) according to analysis of Rosin-Rammler method.
