第二相粒子含量对基体晶粒长大影响的计算机仿真研究

摘    要:利用作者自行开发和改良的MonteCarlo计算机仿真算法,对含不同数量第二相粒子的虚拟材料基体中三维晶粒长大过程的影响进行了仿真和定量分析。结果表明,随粒子体积分数增另,晶粒长大指数下降,停滞状态的晶粒尺寸分布宽度减小,通过计算机仿真获得了极限晶粒尺寸和粒子参量间的定量关系,并由几何模型给出了证明,与文献中已有理论模型,计算机仿真及实验结果进行的比较分析表明,本文所得结果与实测结果符合得更好。

Abstract:By means of a moamed Mollte Carlo method newly developed by the present authors,the eduence of secondmhase particles (SP) of various volume fractions on 3D grain growth process in the matrir of a virtual two-phase material was simulated and quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the grain growth exponent reduces and the grain size distribution at the stagnant state gets narrowr with increasing SP volume fraction. A quantitative relation between the limited grain size and the particle parameters was obtained from the preselit simulation, and being proved by a geometric model. Comparison with the existing theoretical models, simulation results and experiments demonstrates that the present results agree better with experimental ones.
