| 摘 要： | 介绍了BOPP膜8色凹版印刷自动套色控制系统的组成和原理,分析了利用光电自动检测系统测量Mark线的间距及获取套色误差的方法,并根据套色对象的模型提出套准控制的一种控制算法.该系统功能齐全,套印精度高,并具有较高的可靠性.

| Abstract: | The constitution and principle of the BOPP film 8 colors intaglio printing control system were introduced. The method to measure the space between marks and chromatic error with photoelectric measuring system was analyzed. A set of control calculation method for precise control was put forward according to the model of a color object. The system's function is well-found, has high overprint precision, and high reliability. |
