| Abstract: | Exploiting nano particles based on photodetectors has been recognized as one important branch of the application research in nanostructured material. This review presents some examples of fabricating nanoparticles based photodetectors recently, the objective is to discuss the impaction to the development of photodetectors by the rapid progress of nanoparticles research. |
