微表处混合料湿轮磨耗试验方法探讨

摘    要:根据《微表处和稀浆封层技术指南》附录A4湿轮磨耗试验方法进行试验,发现了一些问题。针对这些问题做了一些分析,发现试验方法需要进一步量化。分析了矿料过4.75 mm筛前后对湿轮磨耗值的影响,发现室内试验所测的最低沥青用量偏大。

Abstract:Several problems have been found in the Wet Track Abrasion Test(WTAT)according to Appendix A4 to RecommendedTechnical Guidelines For Micro-Surfacing And Slurry Seal.A brief analysis on these problems indicates that the experimental method needs to be further quantified.The impact of mineral aggregates on WTAT before and after it passes the sieve(4.75 mm)is analyzed and it is found that the minimal asphalt assumption in laboratory test is above normal.
