| 摘 要： | 通过列举各类特殊的模具结构，介绍合理减少工序数，提高冲压模具复合程度的各种措施。在保证可靠性和一定使用寿命的前提下，适当提高模具的复合程度，可大大提高经济效益。通过总结实际运用的经验，对类似零件的模具设计和制造有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Many methods to reduce working procedure reasonably and to improve the compound degree of stamping die were described by enumerating many kinds of special structure of die. In the conditions of assuring reliability and life of die, much more economic benefits could be obtained by improving the compound degree of die. By summarizing the practical experiences,it could provide some references for the design and manufacturing of the same parts. |
