凝汽器管束脏污-清洁系数判断法

摘    要:论述了大型汽轮机组凝汽器管束脏污-清洁系数判断法。通过数学分析,得到凝汽器管束的传热系数与管径及壁厚、冷却水流速、冷却水温度、管束的清洁系数之间的定量关系,由此可以推算出在凝汽器冷却水变工况运行情况下,凝汽器管束传热系数与清洁系数之间的对应关系,为确定凝汽器清洗管束时机提供依据。

Abstract:The paper expounds the smudginess-cleanness coefficient judgment of large turbine condenser pipes bundles.Through mathematic analysis the quantitative relations between the heat transfer coefficient with pipe diameter and thickness,cooling water flow velocity,temperature,and pipe bundle cleanness coefficient are obtained.Therefore,the corresponding relations between heat transfer coefficient and cleanness coefficient can be calculated for condenser cooling water under variable operation conditions to offer ...
