大型铝电解槽阳极开槽试验的研究

摘    要:分析了阳极开槽对铝电解槽运行状态的影响, 并在伊川第二铝厂300 kA大型预焙阳极电解槽上进行了工业试验。试验采用开槽机开槽的方式在焙烧完的阳极上进行开槽, 开槽尺寸为1 550 mm×10 mm×260 mm。以普通阳极为参照, 对开槽阳极电解槽的阳极电压降、炉帮厚度、电流效率和电能消耗等技术指标进行研究, 研究结果显示, 阳极开槽可以降低阳极过电压, 提高电流效率和降低电耗。

Abstract:The influence of anode grooving on operation conditions of aluminum electrolytic cell was analyzed, and industrial experiment was conducted on 300 kA preroasting anode cells in Yichuan Second Aluminum Plant. Grooving experiment was conducted on the roasted anode by groove cutting machine, the dimension(length×width×depth) was 1 550 mm×10 mm×260 mm. The anode drop, jamb thickness, current efficiency and power consumption of the grooved anode cells were studied comparing with common anode. The results show that anode grooving can lower anode overvoltage, increase current efficiency and reduce power consumption.
