| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种桑塔纳轿车中消声器总成双头外环焊缝ＭＡＧ自动焊机设计，它可实现中消声器筒身和两端接管总装定位和自动化焊接。焊机采用两端分体而同步旋转架和中间可升降托架组成的三段式柱体结构，并采用全ＩＣ电路控制晶闸管焊接电源、ＰＷＭ式ＭＯＳＦＥＴ驱动送丝机构、可编程控制程控系统等先进技术。所研制的自动焊机已在上海红湖消声器厂投入试生产。

| Abstract: | A design of two-torch MAG automatic welding machine for assembling and welding two circular weldof middle muffler between ellispe cylinder and two outside-pipes has been suggested in the paper, Threesegment - segregate main structure consists of two - side rotatable table and middle lift table, IC-controllingthyristor power sourCe, PWM - MOSFET wire -feed system and programmable logic controller have beedused in the machine, The developed machine has been applied in mass--productional experiment. |
