摘    要:介绍了一种利用活性炭法脱硫再生气生产亚硫酸盐产品的工艺系统及其在市场应用中存在的一些客观问题。从系统水平衡分析着手,理论分析活性炭脱硫再生气联产Na2S2O5生产环节中的水平衡问题。分析结果表明:原料气净化系统为正向水平衡,需向外界排放污水;理论计算中的反应系统为负向水平衡,需向系统中补水;实际生产中的反应系统其水平衡多为正向水平衡,需定期向外界排放含盐废水。

Abstract:The process flow and existing problems of sulfite production from desulfuration and regeneration gas by active coke method are introduced. Starting from the analysis of system water balance, the problem of water balance in the production of sodium sulfite from activated coke desulfurization and regeneration gas is analyzed theoretically. The feed gas purification system is in positive water balance and needs to discharge sewage to the outside. The result shows that: the reaction system is a negative water balance, which needs to be continuously replenished to the system;while in the actual production, the water balance of the reaction system is a positive water balance, which needs to discharge salt containing wastewater to the outside regularly. Some reasonable suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of water balance in the system.
