SNCR脱硝技术在铅冶炼制酸尾气治理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了国内铅锌冶炼企业烟气制酸尾排NO_x治理的现状,分析了某企业铅冶炼底吹炉烟气中氮氧化物成因及影响。结合企业现状,设计了1套SNCR尿素法脱硝装置。经工业试验实践证明,使用质量分数为10%~15%的尿素水溶液,以80~120 L/h的喷淋量雾化喷入底吹炉直升烟道下部,制酸尾排ρ(NO_x)可达到特别排放限值100 mg/m^3以下。

Abstract:The current status of NO_x treatment in flue gas smelting tail of domestic lead and zinc smelting enterprises are introduced. The causes and effects of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of a bottom smelting furnace in a certain enterprise are analyzed. Combined with the status quo of the enterprise, a set of SNCR urea denitration device is designed. According to the production practice test, using 10%-15% concentration of urea aqueous solution, sprayed into the lower part of the bottom flue of the bottom blowing furnace with a spray amount of 80-120 L/h, ρ(NO_x) of tail gas from acid production can reach the special emission limit of less than 100 mg/m^3.
