铜冶炼电收尘灰浸出液与硫化砷渣综合处理工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了一种铜冶炼电收尘灰酸浸液与硫化砷渣的联合处理工艺。确定了铜冶炼电收尘灰浸出液与硫化砷渣最佳反应条件为:加入硫酸铜量为理论铜与砷摩尔比1.1∶1,反应温度85℃,反应时间2 h,铜离子质量浓度15 g/L,初始硫酸质量浓度30 g/L。

Abstract:A combined treatment process of acid leaching solution of electrostatic precipitator dust and arsenic sulfide slag in copper smelting is introduced. The optimum reaction conditions of the leaching solution of copper smelting electrostatic phecipitator dust and arsenic sulfide slag are determined as follows: the amount of copper sulfate added is 1.1 ∶ 1 of theoretical copper to arsenic molar ratio, the reaction temperature is 85 ℃, the reaction time is 2 hours, the mass concentration of copper ion is 15 g/L, and the mass concentration of initial suphuric acid is 30 g/L.
