国内既有建筑改造进程及相关技术分析

摘    要:从20世纪80年代开始,我国部分地区逐步开展既有建筑改造至今已有近40年。我国既有建筑改造的工作重点方向从安全改造、节能改造到绿色化改造、适老宜居改造到智慧健康改造大致分为5个阶段。本文从我国既有建筑改造历程出发,分析既有建筑改造的原因及特点。

Abstract:Since the 1980 s, it has been nearly 40 years since the gradual reconstruction of existing buildings in some parts of China. The main focus of the transformation of existing buildings in China is from safety transformation, energy saving transformation to green transformation, transformation from old-age habitability to wisdom and health rehabilitation. It is roughly divided into five stages. This article starts from the history of the existing building renovation in China, from different aspects. Analyze the causes and characteristics of the existing buildings.
