热处理炉温度模型算法与实现

摘    要:为了对热处理炉的加热温度进行优化和控制,提高自动化程度及加热质量,有效降低能源消耗,运用热处理炉温度模型的设计,根据对流和辐射的原理,着重介绍了热处理炉控制系统温度模型的算法及应用原理,详细说明了算法设计思想和计算等。同时与PLC的数据接口以及报文传送内容进行了设计和解释,描述了模型算法流程及温度模型的实现。

Abstract:In order to realize optimal control of heat treatment temperature and improve the automation control level and reheating efficiency for reducing energy consumption,a temperature model for heat treatment furnace was developed based on the theory of heat transfer.Emphasis is given to the principles of design and implementation of the temperature model.In addition,the design of interface with PLC and files transition,the detail of model algorithm chart and implementation steps are also presented in this paper.
