摘    要:由于齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂第三套常减压蒸馏装置扩能改造(由 1.5 Mt/a扩至4.0Mt/a)的设计基础是加工沙特轻油和科威特的混合原油(1:1),但在实际运行中所炼的原油主要为阿曼原油,因而暴露出常压塔顶冷却能力低、塔顶气回收压缩机系统不完善、减压塔真空度波动大、减压塔底油泵排量小、常压塔和减压塔顶污水泵排量小等问题,严重影响装置操作。针对这些问题又进行了补充改造,改造后在全炼进口原油的情况下,处理量提高了100t/h,且操作平稳、产品质量好、产品收率高。

Abstract:Because the capacity expansion(from 1500 000t/yr to 4 000 000t/yr) of the third atmospheric vacu um distillation unit in the refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company is designed for processing the mixed crude(1:1) of light Saudi Arabian crude and Kwait crude, When replaced by Oman crude in actual production, following problems appeared: low cooling ability at the top of atmospheric distillation tower, imperfections in the compressor system for overhead gas recovery, great disturbance of vacuity in the vacuum distillation tower, small discharges of oil pump at the bottom of the vacuum tower and wastewater pump at the top of the two towers. Thus, the operation of the unit seriously influenced. In view of above problems the unit was revamped and processing capacity ehhanced by 100t/h for entirely refining the imported crude. Smooth operation, good product quality and high product yield were also achieved.
