成型生物质颗粒与砂混合的初始流化风速研究

摘    要:为了研究成型生物质颗粒与砂混合物的流化特性,在一个小型冷态鼓泡床试验台上进行一系列试验,得到不同砂粒径、不同掺混比下成型生物质颗粒与砂混合的初始流化风速。结果表明,混合物的初始流化风速随砂的粒径和生物质掺混比的增加而增加。提出一种适合计算生物质颗粒与砂混合物初始流化风速的方法,该方法可以预测生物质与砂混合物的初始流化风速。

Abstract:In order to research the fluidization characteristic of mixtures of biomass and sands, a series of experiment was conducted on a pilot scale cold bubbling bed apparatus and the minimum fluidization velocities of mixtures of biomass and sands with different sand diameters and biomass mixing ratios were obtained. The results showed that the minimum fluidization velocities increased with increasing of sand diameter and biomass mixing ratio. A method to calculate the minimum fluidization velocities of mixture of biomass and sand was presented. And it is found that the proposed method quite satisfactorily predict minimum fluidization velocities of mixtures the values for mixtures.
