锚固类结构界面剪应力相互作用关系试验研究

摘    要:采用高、中、低强三种围岩介质,在室内进行了锚杆第一、第二界面剪应力分布形态测试。在此基础上,分析了锚杆第一、第二界面剪应力相互作用关系。研究指出:第二界面剪应力是第一界面剪应力衰减的结果;第一、第二界面剪应力沿杆体轴线方向和垂直于杆体轴线方向都是衰减的,并且存在极限剪应力、零值剪应力与浆体局部破坏基本同时发生向杆体深部的转移现象;着重指出平均剪应力的理论基础-锚杆界面微观结构理论具有不争的误导性。

Abstract:The distribution pattern of Shear stress at the first and second interfaces of the bolt was tested indoors by using three surrounding rock media of high, medium and low strength. On this basis, the interaction between the first and second interface Shear stress of the bolt is analyzed. It is pointed out that the Shear stress of the second interface is the result of the attenuation of the Shear stress of the first interface; The Shear stress of the first and second interfaces attenuates along and perpendicular to the axis of the bar, and there is a phenomenon that the ultimate Shear stress, zero Shear stress and local failure of the slurry basically transfer to the depth of the bar at the same time; It is emphatically pointed out that the theoretical basis of the average Shear stress the theory of the microstructure of the bolt interface is irrefutably misleading
