| Abstract: | This paper makes theoretical analysis and experimental researches on static characteristic of Q-F5 type micoflow control valves with high temperature. And it discuses the influence of the coefficients for sharp-edged orifices and steady state flow force on static characteristic of control flow rate when the thermal effect in oriice of fixed differential reducing volve brings about variation of oil temperature T_2 in front of the throttle. |
