某多金属硫化矿铜锌分离试验研究

摘    要:针对某多金属硫化矿铜锌分离开展浮选试验研究,试验研究结果表明,因部分黄铜矿、闪锌矿与黄铁矿难以单体解离,导致原矿细磨后铜锌完全分离难以实现。通过试验研究,采用抑锌浮铜、铜粗精矿再磨的工艺流程,配合组合抑制剂抑制闪锌矿和黄铁矿,成功实现了铜锌的有效分离。

Abstract:Experimental study is carried out on the separation of copper and zinc for a polymetallic sulphide ore.Test results indicate that it is difficult to completely separate copper and zinc after the fine grinding of raw ore,because part of chalcopyrite,sphalerite and pyrite is not prone for monomer liberation.Through test study,the flowsheet of inhibition of zinc and flotation of copper as well as regrinding of copper raw concentrate is used associated with combined depressant to inhibit sphalerite and pyrite.Effective separation of copper and zinc is achieved.
