硅酸盐杆菌的紫外诱变育种与脱硅应用研究

摘    要:将一株从矿坑水中筛选到的硅酸盐杆菌YK-1进行紫外诱变,选育出突变菌株YK-4。对YK-1和YK-4进行铝土矿脱硅能力对比试验和YK-4突变株遗传稳定性试验,结果表明,紫外诱变的最佳照射时间为20 s,YK-4菌株对SiO2的脱除率比原菌株YK-1提高了29.51%,并且其遗传性能稳定。应用YK-4进行了铝土矿脱硅的单槽放大试验,结果表明,单槽放大后,突变菌株的脱硅效果仍然比较显著,能将铝土矿铝硅比从4.02的提高到8.05,硅浸出率达到45.53%。

Studies on UV Mutation Breeding of Silicate Bacteria and Removal of Silica from Bauxite by Bioleaching

Abstract:By mutating a silicate bacteria YK-1 by UV-ray,which was isolated from a mine water in Henan,Mutant YK-4 was screened out.And then,the capacity of YK-1 and YK-4 to remove silicon from bauxite was studied and genetic stability of YK-4 was tested.The results show that the best UV irradiation time is 20s.Besides,the desilication rate of YK-4 increased by 29.51% comparing with YK-1,and it has stable characteristics of genetics.The results obtained by larger scale bioleaching test indicate that it is also efficient to leaching silicon from bauxite with YK-4,and the ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2(A/S)in concentrate samples is increased from 4.02 to 8.05.
