某难选钼矿选矿工艺技术研究

摘    要:针对黑龙江某难选钼矿进行选矿工艺技术研究。该钼矿含低品位铅、锌,可进行综合回收。有用矿物嵌布粒度细,层状硅酸盐含量高,易泥化。采用钼铅混合浮选—中矿再磨—选锌工艺流程,获得如下试验指标:钼精矿品位45.22%,钼回收率87.04%;铅精矿品位55.46%,含锌3.82%,铅回收率75.12%;锌精矿品位46.120%,含铅0.47%,锌回收率86.23%。

Abstract:Technological study on mineral processing of a refractory molybdenum ore in Heilongjiang is carried out.Low grade Pb and Zn existing in the ore can be comprehensively recovered.Valuable minerals are finely disseminated with a high content of layered silicate,so it is easy to slime.A Mo-Pb bulk flotation-middlings regrinding-Zn flotation flowsheet is used in the study.The following results are achieved in a closed circuit test: Mo concentrate grade is 45.22% with 87.04% Mo recovery;Pb concentrate grade is 55.46% containing 3.82% zinc with 75.12% Pb recovery;Zn concentrate grade is 46.12% containing 0.47% Pb with 86.23% Zn recovery.
