某复杂难选铜铅锌多金属矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对某复杂难选铜铅锌多金属矿样采用先选硫化矿后选氧化矿的原则流程,确定了"铜铅混浮—铜铅分离—再浮锌—选氧化铅"的浮选工艺,小型闭路试验可以获得含铜19.51%、铜回收率66.72%的铜精矿,含铅59.39%、铅回收率54.48%的硫化铅精矿,含锌40.98%、锌回收率64.29%的锌精矿,含铅44.78%、铅回收率21.22%的氧化铅精矿,实现了有价矿物铜铅锌矿的有效分离目标。

Abstract:For a Cu-Pb-Zn complex multi-metal ore,the principle flowsheet is adopted by floating sulfide minerals followed by flotation of oxide minerals.The flotation process of"copper-lead minerals bulk flotation-separation of copper and lead minerals-zinc flotation-oxide lead flotation" is determined.Good flotation indexes are obtained by closed-circuit tests.The final sulfide concentrates grading 19.51% Cu,59.39% Pb,40.98% Zn are obtained,at recoveries of 66.72% Cu,54.48% Pb and 64.29% Zn.The oxide concentrate grading 44.78% Pb is also obtained at recovery of 21.22% Pb.The separation of valuable minerals of copper,lead and zinc can be achieved.
