小官庄铁矿北区充填工业试验研究

摘    要:针对小官庄铁矿北区充填试验矿块的开采技术条件,选择上向进路胶结充填法作为其采矿方法。将前期实验室优选的胶结充填方案在试验矿块首采分层-444m水平进行进路充填工业试验,取得预期的充填效果,并针对进路充填过程中出现的接顶排水问题提出合理的解决措施,完善充填方案,指导现场的采矿生产。

Filling Industrial Test Research on North Area of Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine

Abstract:Aiming at the mining conditions of the testing nugget in north area of Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine,upward drift cemented filling mining method is taken.Optimized cemented filling scheme in lab is applied to the testing nugget,which obtains expected results after industrial testing on-444m level of the first mining layer.Against the unclosed roof and drainage problems with drift filling process,reasonable solving measures are put forward.Finally the filling mining scheme is determined,which has guidance in mining production of Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine.
