摘    要:在查明各矿物赋存状态和分析研究的基础上,针对铜、铅、锌、银、硒等矿物的嵌布特征,经过多方案探索试验,准确选择流程方案,充分发挥组合抑制剂、捕收剂的协同效应,采用"除碳—铜(银)锌优先浮选—重选(浮尾)硫"工艺流程,使该矿的各有用矿物得到有效分离,铜、锌回收率均大于90%,取得了较为满意的技术指标。

Abstract:Based on the analysis and study on the occurrence status of different minerals,aiming at the disseminating characteristics of different minerals such as copper,lead,zinc,silver and selenium,through multi-scheme discussion and test,the flowsheet has been determined accurately,which fully utilizes the coordination effect of composite depressants and collectors.The application of"carbon removal-copper(silver)-zinc priority flotation and re-election(float tail)-reselection sulfur" process has make the valuable mineral of the mine separate effectively,with copper and zinc recovery over 90%,which has obtained relatively more satisfactory technology indexes.
