摘    要:研究了新生磷酸钙沉淀在工业溶液中对典型色素———焦糖、葡萄糖碱性降解物及类黑素的吸附特性。实验表明,新生磷酸钙沉淀对这类色素的吸附特性均属于Langmiur 型;温度升高时,新生磷酸钙沉淀对色素的吸附量均下降;溶液中存在的蔗糖对新生磷酸钙沉淀的吸附能力有一定的影响

Abstract:The absorption properties of typical colorants caramel,alkaline degradation product of glucose (ADPG) and melanoidin on the surface of freshly produced calcrum phosphate precipitates were studied in the industrial solution.It was indicated in the experiment that the absorption of caramel,ADPG and melanoidin on the surface of freshly produced calcium phosphate precipitates is classified as Langmiur type.The amount of absorption of the colorants on the calcium phosphate is decreased with rise in temperature and the existence of sucrose in the solution affects adsorption of the colorants on calcium phosphate to a certain extent.
