影响烧结机头电除尘器除尘效率的分析与治理研究

摘    要:针对太钢450 m 2 烧结机机头电除尘器在运行过程中存在二次电压值下降、反电晕、内部积灰等现象,进行 了分析,并采取调整振动力和周期等措施,有效提高了除尘效率。通过对机头除尘器粉尘粒径特性研究,提出了针 对末端电场微粒粉尘治理的科学方法,使得太钢机头粉尘排放浓度达到了小于50 mg/m 3 的行业先进水平。

Abstract:By analyzing the drop of the second side voltage, the back corona and the inner sediment dust of the 450 m 2 sinter in TISCO, the efficiency of the dedusting system has been improved effectively through a series of measurements accordingly. The scientific disposal of the tiny dust in the end electrical field is provided, thanks for the study of the dust grain size from the main dedusting system. As the effect, less than 50 mg/m 3 dust emission of the main electrical dust collector in TISCO has been achieved.
