间接挤压铸造模具设计特点及研究

结合间接挤压铸造工艺的特点，提出了间接挤压铸造模具设计流程和模具结构设计中的基本思路及要点，对某些重要的设计程序进行了详细论述。指出浇道位置的选择首先要保证金属液沿着型壁顺序充填，以减少金属液的流动阻力；内浇道应使液态金属从制件厚壁处开始充填，以利压力的传递，消除缩孔，保证制件的质量。

Design if Casr Die in Indirect Squeeze Casting

According to the chamcteristics of indirect squeeze casting process, the design flow of technological process of cast die, basic principle and key points in die strnctural design were proposed. Some key design programs were expounded in detail. It is proposed that the runner location should be first to be selected to ensure molten metal filling along the die wall in order to reduce melt flow resistance and then ingate should be located in the heavy section of the workpiece to which the melt would be filled at the beginning. As a result, the applied pressure could be transmitted fluently to avoid shrinkage cavity and to ensure castings quality.
