摘    要:论述了用检测驱动电机线电压及线电流的方法来检测线性摩擦焊功率曲线的原理。以及检测系统的软、硬件结构。对采样系统进行了标定,并实测了Ti-17钛合金线性摩擦焊过程的摩擦功率曲线.结果表明该检测系统精度较高,且具有明显的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The method using measuring the line voltage and line current of the driving motor was discussed, with which the power curve of the linear friction welding was detected. The hardware and software of the detection system was introduced. The sampling system was calibrated. The power curve of the linear friction welding of Ti-17 alloy was detected. The results show that the detection system is precise and can he used in engineering.
