高强度珠光体钢丝的三体磨料磨损研究

摘    要:用深度塑性变形法制备高强度珠光体钢丝,并研究了在石英砂和玻璃砂两种磨料下真应变对三体磨料磨损性能的影响。结果表明,在石英砂磨损工况下,深度塑性变形可以少量提高70钢的三体磨料磨损性能:在玻璃砂磨损工况下,深度塑性变形可以有效地提高70钢的三体磨料磨损性能,在真应变达到2.77时耐磨性是原始材料的2.25倍。在玻璃砂磨料磨损工况下,不同应变量的冷拉使70钢磨损机理不同是导致磨损量差异的主要原因。

Abstract:High strength pearlite steel wire was produced by deep drawing plastic deformation, And the influences of true strain on three-body abrasive wear property under the conditions of abrasive wear using quartz and glass sand were researched, The results show that wear resistance of 0.7%C steel can be improved partly by means of deep plastic deformation under the quartz abrasive wear, By using the abrasive of glass ,the wear resistance of the steel can be improved greatly with the increase of true strain, The wear resistance can be enhanced 2.25 times when the true strain amount reaches 2.77,and it is a key reason that the wear mechanism of 0.7%C steel has been changed with the growth of plastic strain,
