石油污染物生物降解的机理研究

摘    要:通过测定石油生物降解过程中的产物,分析探寻假单胞菌属的Pseudomonas sp.StrainSY2对石油的降解机理,为解决海洋石油污染问题提供理论依据。利用色质谱分析手段测定假单胞菌属的Pseudomonas sp.Strain SY2对石油和正十四烷降解产物,对菌株SY2的降解机理进行分析研究。研究结果表明:菌株SY2对石油中的正烷烃有较好的降解效果,其中正十四烷、正十五烷和正十六烷的降解率较高,分别为:73.4%、49.3%、48.9%;根据正十四烷降解产物推测:菌株SY2对正十四烷的降解有单末端氧化、双末端氧化、次末端氧化和直接脱氢等多种途径,产生酯类、烯烃类、烷烃类及羧酸类等物质,与文献报道的烷烃降解途径相符合。

Abstract:By measuring products of oil biodegradation process,mechanism of crude oil biodegradation by Pseudomonas sp.Strain SY2 was studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for solution of oil contamination problem.By using chromatograph-spectrometry products of oil and tetradecane degradation by Pseudomonas sp.Strain SY2 were determined,on which basis mechanism of degradation by sp.Strain SY2 was studied.The results showed that sp.Strain SY2 has a good effect for degradation of n-alkanes in oil,in which degradation rate of tetradecane,pentadecane and hexadecane was higher,respectively: 73.4%,49.3%,48.9%.On the basis of products from process of tetradecane biodegradation,it's inferred that tetradecane biodegrades into esters,olefins,alkanes and carboxylic acids by a variety of biodegradation ways,such as monoterminal oxidation,diterminal oxidation,dehydrogenation and etc.,which tallies with alkane degeneration ways repoted in references.
