矿井提升机复合控制系统的仿真分析

摘    要:为了解决跟踪S型速度曲线的误差问题,分析了矿井提升机控制系统的原理和数学模型及其不能准确跟踪S型速度给定曲线的原因,并提出了相应的解决方案,即采用复合控制策略,在原有系统基础上增加前馈环节。结果表明:此方案可减小甚至消除提升机跟踪S型曲线的误差,提高了系统的控制精度,保证提升机的安全、准确运行。

Abstract:In order to solve the error problem when tracking S speed curve,analyzed the mine hoist control system principle and mathematical model,and gave the causes for its can't tracking S speed curve accurately,and put forward a corresponding solution,that is the compound control strategy,added a feed forward loop to the original system.Results show that,this scheme can reduce or even eliminate the hoist's tracking S curve steady error,increase the control precision of system,can guarantee the safety and accurate operation of the hoist.
