悬链线形变幅杆的理论研究和有限元分析

摘    要:根据一维变截面杆纵向振动的波动方程,推导了悬链线形变幅杆的等效电路,由等效电路得出了其纵向振动的频率方程。利用有限元软件ANSYS对一组悬链线变幅杆进行谐响应分析和模态分析,得到了位移-频率曲线和共振频率;结果表明,模态分析值与理论值吻合很好。这对悬链线形变幅杆的实际应用具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Based on the wave equation of one-dimensional longitudinal vibration of variable cross-section rod,the equivalent circuit of the catenary transformers is deduced.According to the equivalent circuit,the resonance frequency equation is derived.A set of catenary transformers are analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the resonance frequency and the curves of displacement and frequency are obtained.It is shown that the simulation results are consistent with that of the theory.The conclusions are beneficial to the engineering design and calculations of catenary transformers.
